Becoming a Certified Scrum Master can be easy. But being a Certified Scrum Master is a vocation and a duty. Development teams, stakeholders, and customers often rely on this Agile guru. There are problems in every project and many of the problems are caused by the project participants. I will ask my colleague to tell me what he finds a possible problem. This is part of the business value of the project. I will also invite him to follow the tasks in the current sprint. We will talk and act about the next sprint when we prepare it and it starts. Your Product Owner comes to your Daily Scrum meeting just before it ends and politely asks everyone to repeat what they have shared because after a while he will meet with a representative of the client, who has asked him for an up-to-date development situation.

I will remind him that the duration of the daily scrum is only 15 minutes. Coming to the end and asking for a repetition of what the participants said, the duration of the meeting will be disrupted. I searched on the web about Scrum Master certification programs. I know it is now amazing story and it’s not something cool, but this is what actually happened. Everyone does it this way today. Just before your Daily Scrum meeting, your director sent you the following email:

One of the members of the Development team asked your product owner to attend the meeting to share important information, but the others are strongly against it, as they believe that your Product Owner will understand important details about how they are implemented and this will disrupt Development. their harmony.

I will remind the team that the Product Owner can participate in the daily scrum meeting, especially since a member of the team needs his intervention. The team should not worry about this. The way they work and the tools they use should not be a secret. Learning these things from the Product Owner would not disturb the harmony in the development team – on the contrary, it would bring more information and explanation for things that may not be completely clarified. Which would hinder further work. I will reassure the team that the Product Owner role will only answer questions or provide more information, but it will not interfere in their work or ask them to be accountable (I will comment on this with him before the daily scrum).

Daily Scrum your meeting is running. Tomorrow is the last day of the sprint. There are a few User Stories left unfinished, which is certain that they cannot be completed by tomorrow.

I will try to guide the team to debate what the obstacles are and whether there is a useful move to address them. I will try to provoke them to decisions made by them. If you really can’t find user options to complete the story, they must fit on the task board at the top and will be taken over by the next iteration. At the end of the sprint, when the retrospective is done and I hope what difficulties the team has encountered, this should enter as a topic. At the beginning of the next scrum planning, this should also be taken into account and, if necessary, the cycling city should be recalculated.

A member of the Development team said that he tried all day yesterday to speed up the responses of your client’s marketing department. They take too long to answer and do not send him the information he needs to complete his work.

I will inform the Product Owner role in this problem. I will ask him to appeal to the client to deliver everything in time so as not to lose the concentration and pace of the development team is working on the tasks. The product is the one that must provide the necessary information for the smooth work of the development team on the part of the client. If the Product Owner is obstructed for some reason at some point, I could do the same.
